Email and Verbal Quotes

Our New Zealand Based Support Team provide Free Email and Verbal Quotes by based on the following Policy:

• The Quote will be provided Free of Charge provided that Alarm Warehouse deem it to be within reason as to its requirements,
• The Quote has a reasonably good chance of going ahead,
• Where the Quote is deemed to be price shopping or unreasonable then the person will be directed to our website which lists prices,
• Unless specified differently any Quote provided expires in 2 Months,
• All Email and Verbal quotes are subject to our Terms and Conditions listed on our Home Page.

Onsite Quotes and Advice

Where our Support Team are required to provide Onsite Quotes OR Advice then the following conditions apply:

• The Advice OR Quote is provided Free of Charge provided that the site is either within the City / Town Boundary or within 10KMs of the City / Town Boundary provided that Alarm Warehouse has a Support Person based in that City / Town,
• If the Site is outside of 10 KM of a City / Town Boundary or Alarm Warehouse has NO Support person based in that area, then The Company OR their Support person reserve the right to charge a Fee for providing the Quote or Advice,
• Where Advice or a Quote is required because of the Non-Performance of another company then The Company OR their Agents reserve the right to charge a Fee for providing this service irrespective as to the location of the site,
• Unless specified differently any Quote provided expires in 2 Months,
• All Email and Verbal quotes are subject to our Terms and Conditions listed on our Home Page.
